We desire to create a world that’s full of love and acceptance, a world that is rich in diversity, a world where everyone pursues their passions and a world that is sustainable.
We desire to assist children in becoming individuals who are independent thinkers, internally motivated, self-disciplined and have a deep love of learning. We want all children to embrace collaboration and who want to help and care for all living things recognizing we are all interconnected.
We strive to work towards a deeper understanding of child development through the eyes of Dr. Montessori. We work towards being compassionate and responsible to the children and our community. We are a group that are passionate and joyful about our own paths of learning. We collaborate, reflect and find peaceful resolution to conflict. We hold each other in deep regard. We work hard to take care of ourselves, the children, our classrooms and our community.
Our parents are committed to trusting their children’s individual developmental path. They respect their children’s passions. They celebrate their children’s accomplishments without praise or reward and never use punishment. They embrace the challenges of parenthood by learning about implementing Montessori into their homes. As members of our community, our parents maintain a strong connection to the school and teachers.
Our leadership team models respect, responsibility and reflection in all decision making. We exhibit joy and create peaceful interactions with all members of our community.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender identification, religion, sexual orientation, disability, cultural heritage, political beliefs, marital status, or national or ethnic origin in employment or the administration of our programs.
We’re thrilled Sonny is moving up and are beyond grateful for the amazing guidance you have provided him while in Willow and now Maple! We have seen him blossom and couldn’t be happier that his wonderful personality has grown and evolved in your care. Thank you for all the heart and soul you put into your work. It absolutely shows through his development!

We were the first to build an environment that provided all the little things necessary for a child’s life. The child did not say "thank you", but revealed to us the hidden treasure of the man's soul. And this knowledge of the human soul, of its greatness and power, constitutes a reminder and a hope for us. The man so prepared, aware of his cosmic mission, will be able to build the new world of peace. "
